What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects end to end, from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and risks are effectively managed.
- Drive successful outcomes by working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges.
- Contribute to proposals, business cases, and strategic initiatives that deliver measurable value for clients and support organizational growth.
- Apply Agile and delivery best practices to improve execution, team performance, and overall project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within technology, consulting, or software delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage clients, teams, and senior leadership effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex, fast-paced environments with clarity and focus.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
