Who We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, including expertise in tools like Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing end-to-end QA strategies, including test planning, design, automation, execution, and reporting.
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools, and a solid grasp of DevOps practices.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to drive QA efforts in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
