What You’ll Do:
Internal Communication
- Plan and execution of internal communication initiatives across multiple communication channels
- Develop communication materials for company updates, policies, events, and initiatives
- Manage and maintain communication calendars and ensure timely dissemination of key messages
- Work with senior leadership to align and refine messaging
- Monitor internal communication platforms and support employee engagement activities
Employer Branding
- Plan and execute initiatives aimed at strengthening and elevating the company’s employer brand
- Manage and update website content to reflect current initiatives and brand positioning
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to deliver branding-related initiatives effectively
- Track, analyze, and report on key brand and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or branding, with a strong ability to craft clear and engaging messages
- Working knowledge of social media and digital content management, with hands-on experience using Canva or similar design tools to create compelling communication and branding materials
- Keen eye for detail and brand consistency, ensuring high-quality outputs across all communication touchpoints
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, gathering inputs and aligning on messaging and direction
