What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Work in alignment with defined recruitment plans, hiring targets, and SLAs
ATS, Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / CRM tools
- Ensure accurate, structured, and timely recruitment data management across all hiring activities
- Track and update hiring progress against recruitment plans and role requirements
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and SLA adherence
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and execution priorities
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support offer coordination, reference checks, and pre-onboarding documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (software engineering / IT roles preferred)
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience using an ATS and/or CRM system, with strong focus on data accuracy and tracking
- Strong sourcing experience across multiple recruitment channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong ability to manage recruitment data, metrics, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies while staying aligned to hiring plans and priorities
- A structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
