We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with a proven track record of leading and executing high-quality software testing initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in both automation and manual testing.
- Strong track record of leading test teams in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications
- In-depth understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong grasp of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in automation frameworks, tools, and relevant languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems, test management tools, and project management/defect tracking systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, ASQ) a plus.
