Who We Are Looking For:
- 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience working with Sales Cloud (mandatory)
- Proven hands-on expertise in:
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture
- Solid experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools, including:
- Flows
- Validation rules
- Approval processes
- Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II (preferred)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
