What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, across multiple client accounts serving as the main point of contact and advocating for their evolving needs.
  • Strategic Project Oversight: Ensure projects align with client expectations and internal standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep delivery on track.
  • Business Growth: Drive pre-sales efforts, identify and secure expansion opportunities within client portfolios, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Account Performance: Oversee and optimize account metrics including profitability, utilization, and delivery health, taking decisive action as needed.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and develop team members in effective client engagement, professional communication, and commercial awareness.
  • Strategic Business Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure delivery excellence supports broader business and technical strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, consistently driving account growth and managing profitability in the tech consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, with demonstrated ability to oversee projects and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Direct experience driving presales, including solution shaping, proposal development, and securing new business.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building trust, active listening, and effective negotiation across all stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to analyze client challenges, develop strategic solutions, and resolve issues proactively.
  • A team player who can guide and develop internal talent while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
