Senior Manager – Revenue & Business Operations

This role anchors Verdentra’s growth engine by leading pre-sales and proactive revenue initiatives while providing strategic oversight of the Resource Management function and ensuring delivery processes that drive operational clarity, predictability, and commercial impact.

What you’ll gain:

  • Own and drive all pre-sales activities in partnership with Account Owners and Technical Leadership, ensuring timely, high-quality proposals, and jointly planning and executing revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead account growth by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with Account Owners to shape and progress proactive conversations toward meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Explore and drive nonlinear growth opportunities by identifying scalable value levers, efficiency improvements, new service angles, and creative ways to expand commercial impact beyond traditional project revenue.
  • Oversee the governance and effectiveness of the Resource Management function by ensuring resourcing decisions align with delivery needs, utilization goals, and pipeline demand. Provide strategic oversight while enabling the RM team to execute day-to-day capacity and allocation processes effectively.
  • Own delivery start-right governance, ensuring new projects are positioned for success from day one, with strong predictability and well-defined delivery performance metrics across teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • An experienced senior manager who understands technology, with 12+ years in operational, delivery, or growth-focused roles, bringing maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability.
  • A strong commercial and future-focused mindset with hands-on experience in proposals, revenue enablement, or account growth, able to spot opportunities, shape value-driven solutions, and balance short-term needs with long-term expansion.
  • A collaborative influencer who bridges technical and business teams, confidently challenges assumptions, identifies gaps or inefficiencies, and strengthens ideas through data, insight, and strategic questioning, especially in pre-sales and growth conversations.
  • A highly organized and adaptable operator with excellent coordination and communication skills, able to proactively solve problems and drive execution across multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented software services environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and guide teams toward operational clarity.
