- Someone who thinks beyond test cases and seeks to understand how systems and users behave
- An individual who takes ownership and approaches problems with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking, with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- A solid foundation in software testing principles, across manual and/or automated testing
- Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and system interactions
- Exposure to test automation and CI/CD environments, with the ability to contribute to or build frameworks depending on experience
- An understanding of broader quality considerations such as performance, scalability, and reliability
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and AI-based automation frameworks will be an added advantage
