Who We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications using React and .NET (C#).
- Strong understanding of SQL, including writing queries and optimizing performance.
- Proven experience working with REST APIs and applying sound software design principles.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to thrive in an iterative environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with other frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue) is a plus.
