What you’ll gain:
- Lead impactful backend solutions: Take ownership of designing and building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications and services using Python across the full SDLC.
- Drive technical excellence: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality backend solutions while influencing architectural decisions.
- Build data-driven systems: Work with databases, APIs, and cloud-native services to deliver performant and reliable applications.
- Enhance system reliability: Develop robust, testable, and well-documented Python services integrated with modern frontend frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Mentor and grow talent: Guide junior developers by sharing best practices in Python development, testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
- Stay ahead in technology: Explore innovations in Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and modern tools, applying them to solve complex engineering challenges.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications using Python.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying applications that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) or other generative models (e.g., image, code generation).
- Strong proficiency with modern Gen AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent for building sophisticated, data-aware applications.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and implementing techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to connect LLMs with proprietary data sources (e.g., using vector databases like Pinecone, Redis, or cloud-native vector stores).
- Experience with model serving and scaling of LLMs on cloud platforms (Azure AI/Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI), including optimizing for latency and cost.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning pre-trained models or utilizing specialized APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service) in a secure, enterprise context.
